We accept most major insurance plans. To see if your plan is accepted or if you don’t see your insurance carrier represented below please call our office. We will be more than happy to contact your insurance to determine your coverage.
No vision Insurance… Even if Procare is not part of your current vision plan you may still save. There are a couple insurances we offer a 10% savings on materials. Please call our office and we will be more than happy to cover any details. Also check to see if you qualify for an out-of-network benefit. If you do, simply get a claim form and bring it in with you when you come for your eye exam or to buy glasses.
