What Our Patients Are Saying …

“I ordered glasses today … from Procare. I wish I would have stopped there first. They gave me the service I was wishing for … and perhaps more that what I expected … especially after my first stop.

At Procare I was greeted at the door. She looked up my info and added me as a new client. She said they usually set up appointments for what I needed but thought they could fit me in. She suggested I start looking and someone would be with me shortly. Not only was someone with me soon but she apologized for keeping me waiting. I told her I was on my lunch break so I did not have a lot of time. She helped me look for frames, did the necessary measurements, helped me select frames after I tried on several pair. She finished my profile and placed my $600 order in 30 minutes without making me feel rushed. She was polite and kind and friendly.” — Trisha
